Siobhan Harris: From Sugar Fiend to Sugar Freedom
On January 13, 2018, Siobhan Harris decided to give up sugar for one whole year.
She did it DIY style. Her intention was to do a one-year no sugar sabbatical and write a book about her journey. She wrote in her journal daily tracking the ups and downs, the challenges and victories.
Nearly 5 years later, Siobhan is still sugar-free and going strong. Her life and health have been totally transformed so much so that she went on to become a Certified Health Coach, a Body Code Practitioner, and a popular podcast host (Unsweetened Sio).
In this interview, we talk about her recent struggles with volume eating and snacking (as Siobhan navigates an emotionally challenging time), and what she did to get back on track and reclaim her food freedom and peace of mind.
In this honest, upfront, and insightful interview, we are reminded that life on the other side of sugar is not always perfect and that when we experience blips with our food choices, there are reliable tools that can help us get back on track.
